Chef Richard Drummond
Chef Richard Drummond is our executive chef here on the campus of Alcorn State University and he is from Jamaica. Chef Richard is here to help the Braves Dining team excel and be recognized as one of the top dining facilities in the region. In his career, Chef Richard has had the pleasure to work for a variety of known cooperations and clients such as Beau Rivage, Tulane University and John Folse. Many of his Jamaican inspired dishes are served in the Clinton Bristow Dining Facility such as “Jerk Chicken and Curry Chicken”. With over 8 years of experience, Chef Richard has served roles as sous chef, banquet chef and chef supervisor.
