At the Dr. Clinton Bristow JR Dining hall our goal is to serve all of our students, faculty and staff with healthy meals while providing excellent customer service. Come see us!
Classics: A hot buffet of homemade favorites offered daily.
Pizza: Whether you are a meat lover or nuts for veggies, we have a pizza slice for you, made fresh daily.
Salad Bar: Salad greens, spinach, fruits, vegetables, croutons and more, served with a variety of dressings including low fat choices. Soups are made fresh daily including homemade chili and a vegetarian option.
Deli: With ham, turkey, popular cheeses, and all the toppings, let us make your favorite sandwich!
Grill: Our grill features omelets made to order, gourmet burgers, grilled cheese, fries, veggie burgers, and daily specials.
Dessert: Freshly baked treats including cakes, cupcakes, puddings, pastries, and daily specials.
